Recently, the “Net Zero Carbon Building & Park 2025 Awards Ceremony,” jointly hosted by BRE (Building Research Establishment) and TÜV Rheinland Greater China, was grandly held in Shanghai.

At the ceremony, Junye Low Carbon was honored with the “Annual Consulting Service Contribution Award” in recognition of its exemplary performance and outstanding contributions in the field of green and low-carbon consulting services.

This honor serves not only as authoritative recognition of Junye Low Carbon’s professional capabilities but also underscores its leading position in the industry as a premier green and low-carbon service provider in China.

Three Service Projects by Junye Low Carbon Selected for NetZ Net-Zero Carbon Parks Selection

Hongji e-Valley · International Enterprise Port:

As a key construction project under Guangdong Province’s 12th Five-Year Plan and a major initiative of Zhongshan City, the project is developed across Phases 1 to 5, with a planned site area of nearly 90,000 sqm. It stands as the first “Net-Zero Carbon Park” and “Carbon Neutrality” pilot within the Industrial Town of Nantou, Zhongshan — a national home appliance brand base.

The park implements a “Photovoltaics + Energy Storage + Charging Piles” model, with rooftop PV panel coverage exceeding 95%, enabling local consumption of clean energy. Furthermore, an energy and carbon emission management platform is planned to monitor and manage the park’s energy/water consumption, PV power generation, and carbon emissions in real time, effectively reducing operational energy use and carbon footprint.

Shanghai Quicktron Intelligence (Baowan) Industrial Park:

The project has been awarded the Net-Zero Carbon Park ‘Outstanding Level’ Certification jointly issued by BRE and TÜV Rheinland. It demonstrates outstanding performance in areas such as resource and energy utilization, environment and ecology, sustainable supply chain, climate change response strategies, low-carbon economy, and low-carbon planning. Junye Low Carbon assisted the park in achieving its overall net-zero carbon emission target through the identification, categorization, and quantitative accounting of carbon emission sources, the targeted implementation of carbon reduction strategies such as solar photovoltaic systems, and the application of reasonable carbon offset measures.

COSCO SHIPPING Logistics Development Shanghai Lingang Project:

The project aims to build a modern, intelligent, and green integrated low-carbon logistics park, comprising ambient warehouses, cold storage facilities, and supporting office spaces. Leveraging the features of the Lingang Special Comprehensive Bonded Zone, it has developed supply chain businesses focused on cold chain goods, bonded goods, bulk commodities, and cross-border e-commerce. The goal is to establish a global logistics hub in the core Yangtze River Delta region, bridging domestic and international markets. Junye Low Carbon has not only provided consulting services for the project’s Near-Zero Carbon Park certification but has also concurrently delivered comprehensive certification consulting services for LEED and Green Warehouse certifications.

These three projects span multiple critical sectors, including industry, logistics, and hubs, fully demonstrating Junye Low Carbon’s outstanding capability in delivering high-standard net-zero carbon consulting services across complex scenarios.

Looking ahead, Junye Low Carbon will continue to uphold its vision of “Collaborating for a Shared Green Future.” The company is committed to deepening its collaboration with international institutions such as BRE and TÜV Rheinland, consistently leveraging its professional expertise in the green and low-carbon field. Junye Low Carbon aims to contribute even greater momentum to the low-carbon transition and sustainable development of buildings and parks in China. We look forward to working with all our partners to jointly build a brighter net-zero carbon future for China and the world!
