(1) BD+C (Architectural Design and Construction);

Applicable to: New construction or major renovation projects

Applied to: the design and construction phase of architecture

(2) ID+C (Interior Design and Construction);

Applicable to: Interior decoration projects

Applied to: the design and construction phase of architecture

System branches: commercial indoor, retail, and hotel

(3) CC (City and Community);

Applicable to the development of new urban areas, the renovation of old urban areas, and the operation and management of existing urban areas

System Branch: Planning, Construction, and Management of Cities and Communities

(4) O+M (Operations and Maintenance);

Applicable to: Buildings that have been fully operational and have been in use for at least 1 year

Applied to: the operational phase of buildings

System branches: in existing buildings, retail, schools, hotels, data centers, warehousing and logistics centers, etc

(5) LEED Zero

Applicable to: projects that have obtained LEED BD+C or LEED O+M certification, as well as projects that are applying for LEED O+M certification

System branches: zero carbon, zero energy consumption, zero water consumption, zero waste
